Ερευνητική εμπειρία:

Συμμετοχή σε >50 έργα έρευνας και ανάπτυξης, στα περισσότερα από αυτά ως συντονιστής έργου και επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος. Είναι συγγραφέας >100 επιστημονικών εργασιών σε διεθνή επιστημονικά συνέδρια και διεθνή συνέδρια. Εχει συντονίσει ή έχει συμμετάσχει σε δεκάδες ερευνητικούς πλόες με διάφορα ωκεανογραφικά σκάφη, ελληνικά και ευρωπαϊκά, στην Μεσόγειο, την Μαύρη Θάλασσα και την Ερυθρά Θάλασσα.
